This is a Windows fault and is not caused by Future Corporation Software.
The reason why it comes up when using the Software is because you are calling a Windows function that is malfunctioning and this is being reported as an 1801 error i.e. it is a report of a problem in Windows and not the cause of the problem.
The solution is to reinstall the manufacturer's printer driver for the device you have, and also make sure you have no other driver/device/program using the same Port in Control Panel > Devices and Printers or Printers.
