Note: This problem relates to the Setup Wizard which is accessed from the Help (menu) in some versions/editions of the Software. It does not affect versions/editions that do not use the Setup Wizard to install cutter and/or printer drivers.

There are no Cutter Drivers in the dropdown list?
The most likely cause of this is JavaScript is turned off, or antivirus software is blocking the Software on your computer.

Firstly:
You must close the Software and the Setup Wizard. Make certain you have marked the Setup Wizard as trusted or safe with your antivirus software, the program to mark as safe is located here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\FutureCorp\*Software Name*\BinExe\vmSet_Up_Wizard.exe

To see how this is done, go to any search engine like Google and type in:

"How do I set a program as safe with (insert the "name" of your antivirus program)" and click Search.

Also, if possible mark this whole folder as safe with your antivirus:

C:\Program Files (x86)\FutureCorp\*Software Name*\BinExe

Once done, now try to install the cutter. If it fails, then close the Software and the Setup Wizard, then open Internet Explorer and enable Active Scripting, as follows:

Enable Active Scripting

  1. In the Tools drop-down menu, select Internet Options.
  2. Next, select the Security tab.
  3. Then, select the earth (Internet) icon.
  4. Then select the Custom Level button.
  5. Locate Scripting near the bottom of the list.
  6. Under Active Scripting, select Enable, then hit OK.
  7. Answer yes to the following confirmation box.
  8. Hit OK to close the Internet Options window.
  9. Finally, hit refresh on your browser window to use the javascript.
  10. This video shows you how to do it:

Now, when you run the Setup Wizard the cutters should come up. If not, set the security settings in Internet Explorer as follows:

Security Settings

  1. In the Tools drop-down menu, select Internet Options.
  2. Next, select the Security tab.
  3. Click Default Level and uncheck Protected Mode

Note: You may have to reboot your computer to force the changes.
