How do I Deactivate?

You can Activate and Deactivate a computer as many times as you wish so long as you only have one Activation current per software license.

To Deactivate the software is easy via the Setup Wizard or Gateway, as follows:

Gateway - Deactivate
Click the Help (menu) > Gateway > License and if the software is Activated you will be given an option to Deactivate the software. Simply click Deactivate and follow through the instructions.

Note: You will need your Product Serial Number (PSN) to Deactivate an Activated computer.

Setup Wizard - Deactivate 

Click the Help (menu) > Setup Wizard > License and if the software is Activated you will be given an option to Deactivate the software. Simply click Deactivate and follow through the instructions.

Manually Deactivate
For older builds of the software navigate to this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\FutureCorp\VinylMaster\BinExe\DeactivateVMX.exe

Then go online to complete the operation here:

Note: You will need your Product Serial Number (PSN) to Deactivate an Activated computer.

Problems?
If the software will not Deactivate, please lodge a ticket at Future Support and provide your Product Serial Number (PSN) and a brief explanation of the issue and details of any error message you see.
