Perpetual License
A Perpetual License allows the customer to use the software indefinitely, ie. you own the license whether it is a Full Retail, Crossgrade or Upgrade license (either paid up front or as a finance agreement). A Perpetual License does not expire.*
Timed License
A Rental, Subscription or Club Membership license is limited to a defined period of time and does expire at the conclusion of the nominated period. However, a Rental, Subscription or Club Membership can be renewed and/or extended by you as you require.
*Subject to full and clear payment having been received and the EULA.
