There are a number of possible causes for this situation with an explanation and/or solution below:

Administrator Rights
A very common reason for this is:

  1. Installing the software with a user account and then opening the computer with a different user account, or
  2. Installing the software as a user with Administrator rights, then logging in as a different user that does not have Administrator rights

So the first thing is to make sure you are logged in as an Administrator in Windows with the same account that installed the software.

Antivirus and/or Antimalware
Some antivirus programs are isolating the software (i.e. sandboxing it). This means that the program loses its activation without warning.

A simple solution for this problem is to run the effected .exe's as an Administrator. This is quite easy to do, as follows:

Open or go to this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\FutureCorp\*name of program*\BinExe

(Substitute C:\ if you have installed to another drive with that drive's letter)

Then right click on these files, and click on Properties, next in the Compatibility tab select: Run as administrator and click Apply, then OK:

CutSpoolerVm3.exe
LicenceReader.exe
vmSet_Up_Wizard.exe

*name of program*.exe

(for example: AnyCut, CutStorm, DragonCut, DrawCut, SignMaster, RazorCut, VinylMaster etc.)

Once this has been done, close the software and the Vinyl Spooler, and click on the Help (menu) > Activate and the software should now remain activated.
