What if my dealer does not let me to return the software?

You must return the software (complete with packaging, discs and any manuals) and any other components) into the dealer's store, in the same condition as you received it within 30 days of the purchase date (you must allow for shipping delays).

If the dealer refuses to credit you the full purchase price due to damage or late return we will not intervene. However, should you believe and be able to verify that you did in fact return the software (complete and undamaged) within 30 days you may lodge a Formal Complaint which we take very seriously and fully investigate.
